2. Apprentice in Degree Holders (Mechanical Department) - 07 Posts

4. Apprentice in Degree Holders (Electrical Department) - 04 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Western Railway Vacancy 2018:

Educational Qualification:

(a) (10+2) + 04 years Degree course in Mechanical/ Electrical from recognized University.

(b) 10+ 03 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical from recognized University/Institutes.

(c) The candidates who have undergone training in any other organization are not eligible ie only fresher's can apply.

(d) Candidates passed diploma/ degree in last three years are only eligible.

Age Limit: (As on 19.05.2018)

Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between 18 to 25 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale Details for Western Railway Apprentice:

Stipend:

For Apprentice Engineering Degree Holders - Rs.4984 per month.

For Apprentice Diploma Holders - Rs.3542 per month.

Selection Procedure for Western Railway Apprentice:

Candidates will be selected based on Merit List, Interview.
